So I decided it was finally time I got off my arse and post my character design final from last semester.

I was told (by a classmate, not the professor) their eyes look vacuous without pupils… which may or may not be valid, but then how does one explain Hergé getting away with Tintin, hmm? :3 I was also told that the nose doesn’t work, but psht! I like it. It may bear a slight resemblance to Rygel’s nose on Farscape, but that’s a very minor detail.

And in case anyone’s wondering, the original drawings were done by hand and then I inked/colored in Flash. This is partially because I’m fond of vector graphics (easy editing), and partially because Flash’s stroke-smoothing feature is very, very nice, especially without having CS3 yet.
